payment if by credit card, checks or any other type of payment and regardless of how it
is submitted for payment if through the Internet, phone, by mail or in the store.  We will
not sell or give to any person or business your personal payment information (except
only to complete your transaction through the proper channels).

The same goes for information we gather for the Find and Win game or any phone calls
or e-mail inquiries about items. You will NOT be added to ANY list !!

A $20.00 processing and handling fee will be added.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

  • All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel
    Service (UPS), Federal Express, or DHL to locations within the 48 continental
    United States.

  • All orders are processed during business hours, Monday thru Friday from 9:00
    am to 6:00 pm Central Time.

  • Most orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order
    (usually within 24 hours).

  • If you would like faster delivery we offer 2nd day air or next day express delivery
    at an additional charge.  All express charges will be shown to you before you
    finalize your order. On the occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be
    notified by email of the expected delay.

  • We do not ship to post office boxes.

  • We are unable to modify your order once it has been placed.  

  • We are unable to alter or cancel an order once it has been processed and shipped.

  • We will not be responsible for orders lost or damaged by carrier.  Customers must
    allow enough time for orders to be researched and/or replaced by carrier.

RETURN POLICY

7-Days:  Full refund less shipping and handling on all merchandise that has not been
worn.  Original tickets must be on garments for exchange or refund.  The return
shipping will be at customers expense.

8 to 29 Days:  If merchandise has not been worn and tags are attached, the item may be
exchanged for size only and returned at customer's expense.

30 days:  No refunds or exchanges.

All merchandise is guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase on all snaps, zippers
and stitching. Any alterations can void warranty.  We reserve the right to repair
defective merchandise.  There is no return shipping charges for warranty repairs.
Warranty does not imply refund.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our merchandise. If you are not 100% satisfied
with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it within 30 days. Your credit
card will be credited for the price of the merchandise, less a 10% restocking fee within
10 days from when we receive your return.

IMPORTANT... Please take a close look at the measurements of each piece. The
number one reason for returns is because the size is either smaller or larger than what
was expected. Sometimes pictures do not accurately depict the size.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Please contact Leather Hut at 251/653-5301 for a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA). Save the original shipping carton and your receipt, if possible, and we
will instruct you where and how to send your return.
